i dont really understand the need to charge expensive prices towards international cars coming into Malaysia....i mean i know that it is done so to promote the sales of local cars but seriously i think this is so beyond comprehension..why the need to charge really expensive prices?Malaysian buy local cars because they have to..sorry that is so off...FORCED TO...buy local cars because the imported cars are so expensive....they cant afford it with they current salary.. and trust me living in kl isnt cheap....but in reality the local cars quality are like rubbish...i know cuz i drive a local car...and i bang into someone a few month ago and guess what..the damaged to my car is so bad compare to the Hyundai car that i bang which has a small dent..so small that i thought i didnt hit the car...but my car has the front bumper wedge out like the top of a sardine can after u open it..and another incident which i saw a Perdana hit a Vios..the perdana was like a crush can but the vios was like a person saying what happened here cuz it was undented...which cause you to think the quality and most important of all the safety level of the car...i mean my parent pay nearly 60k for my car but it is nearly the same price for a Jazz in thailand and australia...and honda has won numerous safety award...so again why?...why should we use low quality, crudely made local car when we SHOULD have opt for a better imported cars...i mean i dont mind buying local cars but with that kind of quality and god knows the safety level...who is willing to buy it as it is expensive but not up to its quality(we buy it cause there is no other choice)..so please make imported cars cheaper or make local cars better...way way way better...

dilemma...which one??

which one??..yes that is the question...which one should i choose??...if u guys read the post about the car that i wanted to be my next car..the honda civic...well i come across another car that has caught my attention and right now im beginning to fall for it even deeper..with turbo engine and sleek design...its every racer's dream car...but the down side of it is it has a so so interior..compare to civic which has a cool interior..but a so so exterior..the caldina price is a lil bit expensive than the civic..if u want with the turbo engine which has a 2.6 plus turbo engine will cost u about 160k or more...but if u are satisfied with a normal engine which i think is the same as wish then it is around 130k..i read in some of the cars forums and they say that if u wanna buy caldina then its better with the turbo engine cuz it is more worthwhile...well im still analyzing the stats, pros and cons and of course the price range...so wait for more info...wheeew...

well folks the holiday come by again and this time im stuck at home with a really slow internet connection...this is really pathetic..i've been using broadband for almost a year n to tell u guys the truth im not happy with it...of course all of u will be saying..then u should've change to streamyx or something..well folks..streamyx only works if ur in the house..and eventhough they have a new service which lets the streamyx subscriber use internet outside of their home using a single account name..it is limited to kl only..this is annoying..i mean i travel a lot and i require an internet service that is quick and reliable...meaning when thunder start to happens it doesn't cause the signal to drop drastically..i an still wandering as why in segamat the line there is so fast i can download in a matter of minutes but when i come to kl...the line is so slow that when i open a webpage..it'll take ages to finish...this sucks..to think that in segamat i can obtain high speed but in kl itself..a metropolitan city...with a lot of internet users..to be slow..is undeniable pathetic..or maybe there is other reasons that cause the broadband speed to slow in kl which i dont know...anyhow i hope i can continue study in kl and then will i subscribe to streamyx at my house...so maybe some of u guys out there can create a device that can boost the speed and signal of broadband to achive its maximum performance...until next time..

healthy me...

1. Start the day right. Yes, that means breakfast. Combine a whole grain with fruit, skim dairy, or soy milk, and even add some lean protein to the mix to sustain energy levels throughout the morning. Cooked oatmeal with yogurt and a banana or Lite Mueslix with soy milk and blueberries are good choices.

2. Have a mid-morning snack. Combine a protein and a carbohydrate. It is fine to be hungry mid-morning, so honor your hunger and give your body fuel when it is asking for it. Try yogurt with a peach, low fat string cheese with an apple, or cottage cheese and grapes.

3. Eat lunch on time. Don't push back lunch until you are ravenous. Instead, eat your mid-day fuel right on time to keep your blood glucose levels nice and steady.

4. Boost your mental energy. Nature's nutrition for the brain are omega-3 fatty acids. Add light tuna or salmon to your lunchtime food choices, in addition to walnuts, tofu, and canola oil. Healthy fat keep you feeling full for a longer period of time, so add small amounts to meals and snacks. Some good choices include avocado and almonds.

5. Start the day with moderate caffeine levels and keep caffeine intake modest. While it does increase mental energy, too much caffeine may lead to energy highs and then lows, and it can interferes with quality sleep.

6. Limit processed foods high in sugar. Avoid the office candy jar, treats, and vending machine whenever possible. Processed foods do not provide sustained energy and can result in low-energy moments during the day.

7. Consume foods high in folate. Higher levels of blood folate have been associated with faster and better thought processing. Good sources include lentils, chickpeas, black beans, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, and orange juice. Also important are vitamins B6, found in bananas and spinach, and B12, found in lean proteins and skim dairy products.

8. Have an afternoon snack. If dinner is late or if you have an evening workout scheduled, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat yogurt provide energizing carbohydrate.

9. Consume complex carbohydrates that contain fiber. The fiber allows the carbohydrates to be released more slowly, providing sustained energy. Opt for whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and whole grain cereals.

10. Stay hydrated. About two-thirds of our body is water, and dehydration can contribute to reduced energy levels. About 80% of the fluid we consume comes from the fluids we drink, and the other 20% comes from foods. Always drink when you are thirsty, and have water available during the day to hydrate regularly.

if u guys read the news paper on sunday the 29 of oct..the headline says costlier cars..when they said costlier they meant costlier..because of the BLR( i thinks its bank lending rate..but if im wrong please correct me) has increase to between 3.4% and 4.5%...that is crazy..before this it was 2.7%...which means as stated in the newspaper a myvi payed with loan will cost about RM51k ++ with the old rate but with the new rate the price payed with the loan is RM55k ++..which means because of the interest rate, we have to pay RM4k extra..but thats for national cars which are less expansive than international cars...but if u wanna buy a honda civic it cost about RM130k but that is before paying it with loan..if payed with loan with interest rate 1of 3.4%..that is if the interest rate is at that figure...it will cost about RM 133k ++...with the monthly installment of RM1440.21...why now??..why now??..why can it be in 2010??...i guess i should wait until everything settled down before buying new car..i have to make do with the myvi that im using right now..oh well...i should be grateful i have car right??..i know some of u might say that but well its kinda a habit for me to wanna own new cars and gadget..but im seeing this as an opportunity cost because i can buy either a new laptop or the pda handphone that i posted in the previous post..hehehe...if anything i wish the country doesnt fall flat on its face just like the so called world police..lets continue hoping and praying...

one last chance...

Wednesday, September 24, 2008
well apparently the issue that i blog about this past month has come to a climaks...apparently the person that i blog about thinks he can talk about me but using his friends blog(please man)...that person thinks i have a big ego but in truth that person ego is well the only ego that exist and its huge...thinking that the problem start when he purposely...i repeat purposely spill air kelapa in my car(i mean what??)...its like children under the age of 5 who figure out that the stupid way of doing stupid things is to sabotage other people's belongings...the problem starts..need i remind the readers again is when i went to kl from segamat and then went back to segamat on the same day..not when that person spill air kepala in my car..that person suddenly refuse to talk to me...if i ask question, he would only tell other people to tell it me(what a joke)...i mean its my right...my money..my car that got me to kl and back..and also prayers to god.not anyone else..not that person..he couldn't even pay the house rent on time but brag about wanting to buy expensive clothing...so where the hell im going is my business..DONT INTERFERE...my parents have given me the rights to go anywhere when im in campus...WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME I CANT GO ANYWHERE??and whoever i want to tell it to thats my choice...my decision....i dont trouble u..u dont trouble me...and apparently your demanding, manipulative and like one of my friends said...sedition attitude has been noticed by other people before i notice it..and i thank god for showing me who you really are this sem...well it seems another person who like manipulation and betrayal has become your friends(aint it ironic)..i remember you were bad mouthing that person just last sem...now that person has become your friend(wow..shocker there)...apparently what that person says are all lies..even the friends of the lover of that person knows that the true form of that person...anyway i hope u realize ur mistake and make an apology to all of us..not just me but all of you friends who helped you this past few sem...all of us are in one mind to say to u that if you dont change your ways then well its sayonara to u buster...
