making the right decision is a hard thing to do these days..one wrong move and your done for...well i hope that doesn't happen to me...before the chinese new year mid sem break...i went with some of my friends to buy UPU slips..which is needed to register for the upcoming intake into universities across Malaysia..but little did i know the headache that will come with the registration...since last year, i have been telling my friends that i want to enter University Malaya and continue my degree course in economics..and that has been my goal and dream...until 9.oo pm last night..when i ask for an innocent opinion from my friend, arif rusli..about choosing between UM and UiTM and other univesities..and he had me at "you do know that UM courses are taught in Malay right?"..and my mind was thinking about the terminologies of economics in Bahasa Melayu..which is much more harder compare to in English..do any of you know opportunity cost curve in Bahasa??...well it was lekuk something which i can't recall and anything that i can't recall is a bad thing...and that is one of the many terminologies of economics in Bahasa...needless to say i was thinking the whole night about whether to stay in UiTM or pack my bags and become a UM student..the cons of staying in UiTM is well as some of my lecturers said..non productive..your'e not out there mingling with the other races and thus you will not know the level and the ferocity of the competition...and it will also affect your resolve and your desire to achieve greatness...anyway after countless opinions and suggestions i finally decided to stay and continue my studies in UiTM...i hope im making the right choice...
